"This committee intends to make unlimited independent expenditures, and consistent with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit decision in SpeechNow v. FEC, and U.S. Supreme Court decision in Citizens United, it therefore intends to raise funds in unlimited amounts. This committee will not use those funds to make contributions, whether direct, in-kind, or via coordinated communications, to federal candidates or committees."
The SuperPac will operate as a Carey Committee organization with two separate bank accounts for PAC and SuperPac activities.

However, the SuperPac will run national and local media campaigns supporting Independents all across America to win all federal elections plus both Congressional and Senate seats at the federal level. Media expenditures will cover internet, magazines, newspapers, podcasts, radio, tv, streaming and video  services of all types. The SuperPac will also fund grassroots door to door get out the vote operations, voter registration activities as well as voter education and voter awareness campaigns everywhere.
